I was asked to make a cover similar to the "Flip" diaper. Here's what I came up with. It's really just a simple yoke in the front and back, but I edged them in FOE with a little stretch. I made the inserts as well. These are made of one layer of Zorb sandwiched between two layers of hemp terry.
I usually use snaps, but this mom wanted hook and loop.
